A pension company is a private company similar to Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja. The company Kuala Lumpur offshore development team is seeking a qualified Java EE developer.

Mininum 3-year solid hands-on experience in Java EE(not Java SE/J2SE or Java ME/J2ME). Total working experience should not exceed 8 years.
Smart, corporate savvy, getting things done, not a jerk/theorist.
Higly confident, e.g. not offended when a junior team member questions your decision.
Open, e.g. able to communicate/articulate(not talk) your ideas to peers and managers.
If you have more than one year experience in custom JQuery plugin development, the team will like to hear from you.
Please substantiate your claims in your resume, e.g. describe an incident to show you are team player.

US java job trend in banking and finance sector

The worst job market for Java experts in banking and finance sector for the past few year is probably over. However it is not clear whether size of Java job market has shrinked due to consolidation of financial institutions. It is also a surprise that US Java job market recovers faster than Singapore Java job market.
